Vice President of Durango Operations Peter Foster is a senior project engineer on design and construction of water and wastewater facilities, storm drainage facilities, water supply feasibility studies, water rights analysis, and environmental permitting.  He was appointed by Colorado’s governor to serve on the boards of the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad (past) and the Southern Ute Indian Tribe Environmental Control Commission (past).
