Jonathan Kelly is WWE’s Chief Financial Officer overseeing the firm’s financial health including strategy, planning, reporting, and risk management. Jonathan analyzes WWE’s financial data, identifes investments, and manages cash flow. He is also a senior water resources engineer with experience in water supply and water rights engineering, hydrologic analysis of groundwater and surface water systems, channel hydraulics and floodplain delineations, water quality evaluations, best management practices, and sizing of stormwater facilities.
