Senior engineer Jeff Nelson works in surface and groundwater collection and conveyance systems, water distribution systems, wastewater collection and conveyance systems and associated earthwork and site access design. He is also responsible for preparation of opinions of capital cost and construction phase services. Jeff is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines.
