Hayes Lenhart is a civil engineer, project manager, and the office manager of WWE’s Durango office. He has about 15 years of experience in water rights, surface water, stormwater management planning, hydrology, hydrologic modeling, and municipal water supply and infrastructure projects. Hayes also provides engineering design services, including development of design plans, contract documents and technical specifications, and services during bidding/construction. Hayes has a B.S. degree in civil engineering from Oregon State University and an M.S. degree in biological and agricultural engineering from North Carolina State University.
