Beth Knudsen serves a hybrid role at WWE as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Controller. As CAO, Beth develops, reviews, and implements company policies and procedures. She collaborates with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Board of Directors to accomplish company objectives, proactively manage time and resources to maximize efficiency, and conduct tactical planning and analysis of business development strategies. Beth also oversees all personnel-related functions, such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, payroll, benefits, performance management, employee relations, legal compliance, and strategic planning for talent. As Controller, Beth leads and manages WWE’s accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, tax compliance, and payroll.
