Andrew Earles is WWE’s Chief Executive Officer and a senior consultant. Andrew leads WWE strategy, manages overall operations, and drives financial sustainability, serving as a link between the Board of Directors and daily functions. His key duties include strategic planning, resource allocation, creating an innovative culture, stakeholder communication, financial oversight, and ensuring firm compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Andrew is also a lead engineer and technical expert for wide array of water resources projects related to hydrology, hydraulics, sediment transport, debris flows, and stormwater management, including criteria, permitting, and water quality. In addition to routine projects, Andrew provides water engineering consulting services on domestic and international projects for protection and restoration of historical and cultural heritage sites.
