With a Ph.D. in civil engineering, Andrew Earles is WWE’s Vice President of Water Resources. Andrew is a Professional Hydrologist, a Board Certified Water Resources Engineer with the American Academy of Water Resources Engineers, and a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control. He manages projects emphasizing hydrology, hydraulics, best management practices, water quality, dewatering, and stormwater management.  Andrew also has expertise in post-wildfire hydrology and debris flows.  Andrew has conducted engineering work to aid in the preservation of historic sites in Peru, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, China, and Iraq.
