The
Wright Water Engineer's (WWE) staff of hydrologists, computer
scientists, water resource engineers and state-of-the-art modelers
provide complete services in the field of water rights. Some of
our satisfied clients and projects have been with us for 40 years,
while other assignments last only a few weeks or months. Staff
members are regular instructors for the University of Nevada/Las
Vegas and the University of Wisconsin on both Western and Eastern
water rights. Teaching helps us be familiar with current trends in
water rights law. Water rights that are best for a municipal water
utility are different than for an industry; however, WWE considers
all aspects of a water rights program.
Our
five real estate appraisers add an additional dimension of water
rights value, whether in condemnation proceedings, sales or for
tax purposes. WWE works closely with attorneys specializing in
water rights throughout the adjudication process. These services
include analysis of evidence, negotiations with other parties and
giving expert testimony in state and federal court proceedings.
WWE produces related work products, including professional
appraisals for the fair market value of water rights, engineering
reports for augmentation plans and changes of water rights and
automated accounting methods for complex storage and augmentation
operations.
