Multi-family developments have homeowners associations (HOA) responsible for operation and maintenance.  When drainage or grading problems are noted, a lawsuit against the developer/builder often results.

Services of WWE include detailed field analyses to determine the validity of claims, definition of reasonable cures where they are needed, and quantification of  the units of work necessary to meet a normal standard of care.

WWE works with the lawyer handling the case and other experts that may be retained.  We analyze subsurface drainage at the foundation, collect soil samples to test for moisture, study irrigation practices and rainfall, compute raingutter effectiveness, and analyze slope adequacy and swale capacity to provide sound recommendations.
