Castle Pines MS4 Stormwater Program Management

Since 2017, WWE has been assisting the City of Castle Pines with its MS4 program including construction compliance inspections and post-construction BMP inspections.  WWE provided assistance with the following MS4 programs: program documentation of public education and outreach; illicit discharge detection and elimination; construction site stormwater runoff control; post construction stormwater management in new development and redevelopment; and pollution prevention/good housekeeping for municipal operations. 

WWE is conducting MS4 compliance oversight stormwater inspections for active construction sites as well as providing ongoing program support by attending meetings, providing training, participating in Colorado Stormwater Council and DC Clear (the Douglas County and surrounding areas public outreach groups) on behalf of the City, preparing compliance and post-construction reports, and updating procedures.

WWE has also been assisting the City with a stormwater feasibility study to evaluate funding options to support the City’s stormwater program.
