River Run RV REsort PLanning and Design

WWE provided complete water and wastewater planning, water rights, design, and permitting services for the River Run RV Resort in Granby, Colorado, for Sun Communities.

WWE designed pipelines to connect to the Town’s existing potable water main infrastructure, incorporating one 10-inch diameter potable water main at one side of town and a 12-inch diameter potable water main at the other to accommodate nearby annexation agreements.  WWE’s designs address pipelines from proposed well heads to a new treatment facility and through distribution to new potable water storage tanks.  WWE also designed a water storage reservoir to store augmentation water.

On the wastewater side, the project includes planning, designing, and permitting for a new lift station with parallel force mains involving construction permits for crossing a Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) right-of-way, wetland delineation and permitting, and construction in and crossing a railroad right-of-way.
