Natalie Collar is a Senior Hydrologist with experience in statistical hydrology, disturbance hydrology, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, atmospheric science, watershed mechanics, fluvial geomorphology, wetland science, stormwater management, water chemistry, and big data analytics. She has a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, and M.S. and B.S. degrees from the University of California Santa Barbara in Watershed Science and Biology, respectively. Natalie was born and raised in Paradise, California, which was destroyed on November 8, 2018 by the Camp Fire. She has worked on burn scars all over the western United States.
