WWE is proud of our relationship with many long-term clients in both the public and private sectors who rate their client satisfaction as extremely high. WWE follows up with every client to get feedback and continually improve our work product. Every year, WWE sends out surveys to our clients in which we ask questions on such topics as professional competence, timeliness, cost effectiveness, responsiveness to concerns and clarity of written and verbal communication. Our 2012 composite score, from 100 surveys completed, was 4.8 out of 5.
The year 2012 was not an anomaly. For the past 15 years, WWE’s composite ranking has been 4.6 or higher on a five-point scale for eight questions. Many clients commented on the helpfulness, friendliness and professionalism of our staff. We were pleased by remarks such as the following from our 2012 surveys:
